Langdon Street is home to many magnificent houses, as is the mansion
at 106 North Prospect Avenue . Nestled next to Lake Mendota
, these large homes, many with historical landmark status, represent
a number of different architectural styles from the last 100 years.
Each home has been well preserved and has its own unique style and
architectural features. In addition, the Harold C. Bradley
House on North Prospect Avenue , designed by architect Louis H.
Sullivan and home to the Sigma Phi Fraternity will be open.
Sullivan is best known as Frank Lloyd Wright’s mentor and the “father
