Sober Social Contract

This is form for the mandatory sober social between a fraternity and sorority. This must be submitted the Tuesday before the event by 11:59pm. Please complete and submit this form on-line.

Sorority Social Contract

This is the form for the mandatory social between two different sororities. This must be submitted the Tuesday before the event by 11:59pm. Please complete and submit this form on-line.

Greek Judicial Board Complaint Form

If you would like to file a complaint against one of the Interfraternity Council member fraternities, please fill out this form on-line. The form will be referred to the Judicial Board and you will be contacted as the investigation progresses.
