Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc.

In the Spring of 2003, Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. – Gamma Mu Chapter became the first Latina based sorority in the University of Wisconsin –Madison. The purpose of Lambda Theta Alpha is to provide social and cultural activities, and to carry on charitable and educational programs. To promote leadership, maintain high academic standards and serve as a voice for the Latino/a community. The principles of Lambda Theta Alpha are unity, love and respect. This sorority is Latina by tradition, not by definition. We welcome women of all races and ethnicities.
