2006 UNDERGRADUATE EXCELLENCE
AWARD
About the Award
One sorority member from
a chapter represented by the Panhellenic Association will receive
an award of $850.00. This award is one of twenty-seven that will
be given to junior and senior students from across campus who have
made outstanding contributions in leadership and service to the
University Community, while maintaining strong and consistent academic
performance. This award is one of the highest honors the University
of Wisconsin-Madison offers to undergraduate students.
Applications Must Include
- Completed application
- A current (as of Spring 2006) copy of your transcript
(unofficial transcripts will be accepted)
To obtain an unofficial transcript, go to the 'Student Record' tab in MyUW and click on 'Request Student Record'. If this module is not visible, please access it through the MORE button, located on the top left of the page.
- Completed responses to the three items listed on the bottom of the application form.
Award Criteria
- Junior or Senior class standing
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership and service
- Contribution to campus and community through work, volunteer efforts, and student organization involvement
- Strong academic record
Materials must be submitted
by Friday, March 10, 2006 at 5:00 pm.
A committee of Panhellenic Association Executive Board members will review application materials submitted and select one award winner.
